Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our policy regarding refunds and returns carefully:

  • All Sales Are Final: Because our products are custom-printed on demand and our digital templates are available for immediate download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily arrange a free replacement! Please contact us via our email l.c.va@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
