    • Production & Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to print and package your items before they are shipped.

    • Standard Shipping: Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–6 business days.

    You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. If your order contains a mix of items (like a mug and a hoodie), they may ship separately so you get them as fast as possible.

    Please note: Digital products and templates are delivered instantly to your inbox upon purchase and do not require shipping.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    • All Sales Are Final: Because our products are custom-printed on demand and our digital templates are available for immediate download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

    • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily arrange a free replacement! Please contact us via our email l.c.va@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

    • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
