All of our physical products are custom-made on demand just for you! Because of this, our shipping process is broken down into two steps:
Production & Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to print and package your items before they are shipped.
Standard Shipping: Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–6 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. If your order contains a mix of items (like a mug and a hoodie), they may ship separately so you get them as fast as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Because our products are custom-printed on demand and our digital templates are available for immediate download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily arrange a free replacement! Please contact us via our email l.c.va@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
